Oh, the sweet liberty of being to have another day to create the life of your dreams.
& there’s a likelihood you chuckled at that & said “dreams”?
If you chuckled for me in sarcasm.. your goddess is here to share something with you today.
Now, cliches are cliches because to a degree there’s some truth to what’s being said in those little fun phrases we like to overuse.
When I tell you, yes you will need to fake it til you make it.
If you lack motivation & are a professional procrastinator seeking to change the cycle in your life… it will start with your mind.
Example(s): ✨⚔️✨
If you are wanting to be more organized or add a routine of going to the gym consistently,
you’ll have to mindfuck yourself into it hehe 😼🧛🏻♀️
My favorite way of doing this was turning everything I did into a party 🎉 (retired party girl)
Put on some music, drink a little beverage (energy drink), put on a cute outfit,& off to the club (gym) we go.
Another way of convincing yourself:
Affirmations/mantras
Instead of seeing everything as a chore, find new ways to view things.
Give gratitude:
“I am thankful I am able to go to the gym everyday”
“ I am grateful I have the space to have my things in, safe & organized.
Give yourself compassion:
“I am worthy of having my dream health”
“I am worthy of a clean & organized life”
Lastly…. Unblock yourself from your limiting beliefs/doubts. When we are not living our dream lives it’s because subconsciously we fear that there will be rejection &/or disappointment(s).
To me, that’s unfair to hear anyone would do that to themselves.
First of all, rejection is NOT death guys. Lets toughen up. Rejection is given to us by the universe. If it doesn’t align with us, the universe protects us.
Also, an opportunity for growth. (Like, if we get rejected from jobs, applications, etc) in these situations, find the opportunity to ask how you can better improve & ask yourself new ways on how you can approach things next time.
Easier said than done, I’m just a pro & make it sound easy 👼🏻🧚🏽♀️
BUT
That’s where shadow work comes in 🪤
Un-conditioning ourselves from these thoughts.
At some point in our lives, prolonged or not.
There were programs instilled into us to believe.
Things like; etiquette, morals, how we should act, what we should be, what we can do/cant do, etc….
We grow a little older & perspectives/views start to change.
BUT
Some we start to believe, causing us to shield ourselves out of protection.
Limiting ourselves from reaching more.
Sometimes we even get mean & self destruct..
“The killer”, comfortability kicks in & we go along with it, because sure it’s comfortable.
When we think of change, most that are living in comfortability experience anxiety. Do not get this “anxiety” confused with EXCITEMENT.
So, we then lie to ourselves & continue to push along.
We start to feel like there’s something missing.
The bittersweet reality is; life isn’t about comfortability folks. Life is about flow & MOVING energy.
Stagnant energy fails you mentally, spiritually, & physically.
Life is about trial & error, using all your curiosity.
Why not continue to learn & explore?

Start by looking within, purge what’s not needed, & affirm til you believe.
